Gas safety certificates, EPC’s, the holding of security deposits and a professional inventory can be offered at an additional cost.

Again this service suits the landlord who wishes to deal with the maintenance issues of the property and dealing with any major repairs. You won’t have the trouble of collecting the rent and making sure it’s paid on time.

- Legal expense cover upto £15’000

After the first non payment of rent you can expect the normal monthly rental within 10 working days.

This service takes all contact with the tenants away from the landlord. The only thing you will have to do is open your monthly e-mail which will provide you with that months statement of accounts.
