1. This holiday is for 2 people only for 4 nights bed and breakfast at Cortijo Cortijuelos.
2. To enter you must be a landlord in the UK.
3. This holiday does not include flights or airport transfers.
4. Extra nights can added at an additional cost.
5. Extra people can be added at an additional cost.
6. This offer is open for 1 year from winning date subject to availability.
7. Closing date for the competition is 31/07/09 at midnight.
8. No cash alternative.
9. Restrictions for people without a passport.
10. Winners will be notified within 7 days of the closing date by e-mail.
11. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions you allow McAward Lettings Property Management to use your details for marketing purposes.

Information for winners:
Granada airport is 1hr 30mins from Cortijo, car hire is strongly recommended or airport transfers can be arranged at an additional cost of 60euros each way.
Accommodation includes a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, a generous breakfast, and freshly prepared using local produce. We also offer our guests evening meals from 8 Euros per person. We can prepare packed lunches or we can recommend good local bars that serve good, traditional food.
The Cortijo has a good sized pool, patio and lovely sun terrace for the long hot summers or a cosy lounge with log fire for the cooler winter evenings. We supply all bedding, towels, hair dryers as well as the use of laundry facilities if required. We will gladly serve beers or wines with your meal (at extra cost), an honesty bar and complimentary tea and coffee are available throughout the day. If you have any special requests please ask and we will do our best to accommodate you!
